UGC platforms in Portugal: 2026 comparison
Short answer: creators in Portugal have two kinds of UGC platform. Marketplaces (Influee, Collabstr, Billo, Insense) pay a fixed fee for each video a brand approves. Commission programmes, such as Forge's creator programme, pay for every person who subscribes with your code: at Forge, €10 to €14 per annual plan and €3 per monthly plan, with no follower minimum.
Forge APPS is a Portuguese app studio (Kalori, Cibori and other apps). Its creator programme runs in Portuguese, for creators aged 18 or over, by invitation.

Forge's creator programme in numbers
- 5 levels: Quartzo (trial week), Pérola, Rubi, Diamante and Rouge. You move up with real paying users, never by ranking.
- Trial week: €30 for 12 videos, plus commission from day one.
- From Rubi up: 5% to 15% of renewals. Video bonuses from €10 at 100,000 views to €120 at 1 million.
- Current programme benchmark: about 1 paying user per 20,000 views.
- Withdrawals from €20 (the first has no minimum), by bank transfer within 72 hours.

Which one to choose
- Want to know your pay before filming? A fixed fee marketplace.
- Can you post 3 or more videos a week? Commission usually pays more, because every video is another chance to sell.
- Few or no followers? Skip programmes with follower minimums and start with UGC.

Can I do UGC in Portugal with no followers?
